Sam Narayan, Owner/Manager of RE/MAX Excellence and RE/MAX Commercial Edmonton, has over 15 years of Business and Real Estate experience. Specializing in the Business Brokerage and Investment market, Sam prides himself on being on top of the market and in many cases ahead of market trends. Clients appreciate this forward thinking attitude and knowledge as it allows them to capitalize on market trends or prepare themselves for future adjustments.

Sam has extensive Business Brokerage and Investment experience as has had direct involvement with many business/property purchases of his own. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the brokerage and ensures it runs smoothly each and every day. Sam consistently brings valuable experience to all areas of the Business Brokerage and Investment markets and is also an active member of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, International Council of Shopping Centres and a variety of other Commercial memberships.

On a more personal note, Sam is actively involved in the community through fundraising and volunteering for many events. He has two children and loves to golf, travel and spend time with his family.
